Operation Child Recovery: A Force For Good
WHO WE ARE
Operation Child Recovery is a collaboration of human trafficking prevention organizations, dozens of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies along with cutting-edge technology manufacturers to provide real-time identification and location of trafficked children within communities.
Every year millions of children are forced into the world of child trafficking - which is simply a form of modern-day slavery where children as young as 8 years old are being traded or forced into labor and sexual exploitation. Despite stronger laws and increased awareness, the number of trafficked children in the US, and many other first world countries, continues to rise at an alarming rate.
The need to immediately identify and locate these children and their traffickers within these communities has resulted in one of the most elaborate and aggressive task forces in the fight against child trafficking.
